If you have changed your mind or no longer require the order, then we will happily accept your return. You may return your order to us within 30 days of purchase.
Please bear in mind -
- You must arrange and pay for the return shipping.
- The products must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.
- Any bird food packaging must not have been opened.
Send us your return along with your name and order number to the below address, once we have received the return we will process your refund;

Once we receive your return, we will refund you as soon as possible and within 14 days. We will also send a confirmation email once this is complete.

You will be refunded using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. Standard delivery charges will also be refunded, however if you have selected an express delivery, we will only refund you for the cost of our standard delivery charge.
