Same Day Dispatch
Monday to Friday we dispatch all orders that are placed before 2pm on the same day.

Delivery
We have a number of delivery options available -
- Free Delivery *
- Express Delivery (normally next day)
- Standard Delivery (normally 2-3 days)
*Free delivery is available when you spend the qualifying amount of £25, but it important to note that certain locations are excluded due to the additional costs from our couriers, see Premium Delivery Locations.
The free delivery option will normally arrive within 2-3 business days, which excludes Saturday and Sunday.
Express Delivery (24-48 hours)
Our express delivery is normally next working day but it can take up to 48 hours for you to receive your order, this does not include Saturday or Sunday delivery.
These areas are flagged by our couriers and have a much bigger delivery charge.
