How do I track my order?
When you order with us, you will receive two emails. The first email confirms your order, and the second email confirms the dispatch of your order.
Depending on the weight of your order and selected delivery method, your dispatch email may or may not contain tracking information.
Orders above 500g are sent via DHL and will contain a tracking number that can be tracked at https://track.dhlparcel.co.uk/
Orders under 500g are sent via by Royal Mail. If you have selected Express Delivery your order will be sent via Recorded Delivery and will contain a tracking number that can be tracked at https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item. If you have selected Standard Delivery, your order will be sent via First Class Post.
